Ryan joined the Denver Counseling and Coaching team in February of 2018. He believes that every individual has value and that everyone can benefit from purposeful counsel at different points in normal life. He hopes to encourage people toward redemption, healing and hope. While holding a biblical worldview, he respects the perspective of others
In Ryan’s experience so far, he has walked along with others through family deaths, addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger, grief and depression. He has previous experience as a social worker to those coming out of homelessness and incarceration. For the last couple of years, he has worked to help individuals and families in various situations reclaim their life with intentionality and dignity.
Ryan is constantly pursuing excellence to best serve those in front of him. Holding a foundational certification of counseling through CCEF, he continues his education by a Masters of Arts in Counseling at Westminster Seminary. He has also received a coaching certificate by Fours Streams Coaching in 2017 and is currently wrapping up hours for an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. His ambition is to counsel and coach individuals, couples, and families toward grasping for vitality and direction in all of life.
He and his wife have been married since 2015. They have been a part of Trinity Church Denver since it planted in 2017 and he currently serves on their leadership team.
